Panificio Matteo
Since 1974 Tiziano Assolini has been churning out high quality products in his bread factory with a long significant history, using traditional techniques characterized by long maturation and mother dough refreshments. This is the successful path of the bread factory Panificio Matteo that in 2000 opened its tenth shop and started understanding the importance of frozen semi-finished products. The need to produce a large volume of bread to supply many shops with the assortment, ensuring at the same time constant quality and freshness, has led to the establishment of the Matteo company in 2001. Matteo S.r.l., combining in its daily activity a traditional production process and modern chill tech solutions, can now boast an international customers’ portfolio.
