Moreover, we meet the highest BRC (Global Standard for Food Safety) and IFS (International Food Standard) quality standards and international quality management system standards (UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 and UNI EN ISO 22000:2005). These standards allow us to supply safe products to all our customers. Our specialties are made with raw materials and ingredients fulfilling all hygienic requirements and the entire manufacturing process is constantly monitored, in order to maintain the highest quality standard unchanged. The pursuit of innovation is our passion: high-tech machinery, the search for recipes matching the fickle consumer tastes, the development of new products and of new product shapes and versions are our daily challenge.

Enviromental sustainability

We care about our environment: we work respecting it and doing our best to rationalize process waste. The latter is used for producing energy through biocompatible energy sources.
